The Chieftains 9: Boil the Breakfast Early : ウィキペディア英語版
The Chieftains 9: Boil the Breakfast Early

''The Chieftains 9: Boil the Breakfast Early'' is an Irish folk album by The Chieftains. This album featured a big change in The Chieftains sound, because two of the founding members, Seán Potts and Michael Tubridy, left the group. The replacement for Michael Tubridy was Matt Molloy, who had just been a member for both The Bothy Band and Planxty.
This album also featured a song where Kevin Conneff for the first time sings a cappella. Jolyon Jackson also played cello on three tracks.〔(Credits page for ''The Chieftains 9: Boil the Breakfast Early'' (1979), at the Allmusic website ) Retrieved on 18 March 2015.〕〔('List of credits for ''The Best of The Chieftains'' (2002), at the Discogs website ) The three tracks (on the album ''Chieftains 9'') with Jackson on cello are documented in the credits of the compilation album ''The Best of The Chieftains''.
